The greatest threat faced by the public is obesity. People suffer a lot due to this and moreover several people become as a prey to this due to natural reasons. Some are subjected to this due to inadequate nutrients in the food and not involving in physical exercise. The issue is caused due to the excessive fat getting stacked in the body which may result in several other diseases. People need not fear about this issue as there is a treatment called liposuction where the excess amount of fat will be removed from your body through simple surgery. Generally the fat gets stacked in abdomen, thighs, neck, back of the arms and elsewhere. Of course there are several side effects due to this surgery like bruises, swelling, scars, and numbness. The worrying part of this side-effect is post-operative weight gain which would lead the people great depressed state. Medical ailments can help only to a certain extent as it may sometime lead to major diseases.
Lack of physical fitness
People do have lot of interest in earning money and moreover they do have concern only about earning and where they do never show up any interest in their physical fitness until they are being affected by some or other diseases. Exercise is an activity that enhances physical fitness and mental fitness. Although there are positive reasons that results due to exercise the main impact is healthy mind and body. It is myth among the people that only sportsmen should involve in physical activity but they do aggressive exercise for victory in their game but normal people should do simple exercise at least for an-hour on a day that stipulates your body and mind. Once you involve in this activity it will help you to live energised and moreover your physique which gives a handsome and beautiful appearance. Do involve in exercising for the sake of your health and remember the famous quote that “Prevention is better than cure”.

A recent report says that more drinking is a common habit among more than 77% of the teens. But not only teens, even many senior citizens are also addicted to this evil habit. There are various health issues regarding this habit. Now-a-days, many parties are arranged with alcohol. However, consuming alcohol cannot be avoided by an addicted person. It is recommended to have alcohol in lesser amounts. Though alcohol causes some health problems, there is nothing to worry if you are an occasional drinker. Driving under the influence of alcohol cases are now common among many parts of the world. This is the major reason for many fatal accidents. Regular alcohol users tend to go wrong in making some important decisions n their life. Along with physical changes, it can cause some problems mentally. Therefore, try to take steps to reduce the amount of alcohol consumption in a gradual manner.
